The Amplifon Hearing Health Discount Program is a special benefit offered through our partnership
with Amplifon. This program provides members with access to pre-negotiated, reduced rates on
hearing aids and related services. It is a complimentary, value-added benefit available to all United
Association members and their families across North America. By participating in this program,
members and their loved ones can save an average of 64% to 70% off the retail prices for hearing aids.
This program demonstrates our commitment to supporting members by leveraging our collective
bargaining power to reduce out-of-pocket hearing care expenses.
By coming together, we can secure significant cost savings and make healthy hearing more accessible
for our members and their families.

Members and their families can take advantage of several valuable features through this program:
- Significant Savings: United Association families benefit from an average savings of approximately 68% on hearing aids from top brands such as Oticon, Miracle Ear, Phonak, Starkey, Signia, and ReSound.
- $0 Hearing Exam: Free hearing exams are available for UA families at participating Amplifon network locations.
- Risk-Free Trial: Enjoy a 60-day money-back guarantee with no return or restocking fees.
- Continuous Aftercare: Receive one year of complimentary follow-up care, including cleaning and adjustments.
- Warranty Protection: A comprehensive three-year warranty covers loss, repairs, or damage to your hearing aids.
- Free Accessories: Members can choose between two years of free batteries (80 cells per ear per year) or receive one standard charging station at no additional cost.
How to Access the Program
Please note that this program is not an insurance plan. Instead, it is a membership-based savings plan
that we have negotiated exclusively for our nearly 400,000 members and their families.
- Call a Hearing Care Advocate: To activate your benefit and review your plan details, contact Amplifon directly using the United Association’s dedicated toll-free phone line. Both UA Canada and USA members have their own toll-free numbers.
- Find a Provider: The Hearing Care Advocate will assist you in finding a participating clinic from Amplifon’s network of over 8,800 locations nationwide.
- Schedule an Appointment: To ensure you receive the preferred pricing, schedule your appointment through an Amplifon advocate. The advocate will forward your information to the provider to activate the discount. Most providers are located within 20 miles of your home.
