Passing of UA Member Irvin Krushelnicki

1949 - 2025

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Irvin Dwayne Krushelnicki, on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at the age of 75.

He was predeceased by his son Aaron (2017); parents Philip and Emily; brother Garry; and great nephew Chase.

Irvin leaves to mourn his sons Travis and Cody; as well as their mother Karen. Irvin is also survived by is sister Cathy (Dennis) Mews; sister-in-law Iris Krushelnicki; his nieces Sheila and Kim Krushelnicki, Lisa Heumann, Sara and Jessica Krushelnicki and Ryan Mews; and three great-nephews.

Irvin was born to Philip and Emily Krushelnicki on October 5, 1949. Irvin grew up in Ituna, Saskatchewan and moved to Regina after high school to gain employment. It was there that he met Karen, got married, and had three sons. Irvin worked various jobs until he joined the local 179 pipefitters union where he worked for the remainder of his career until he retired in 2013.

In Irvin’s spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and doing various home projects. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, visiting and telling stories. Irvin will be dearly missed by his family, friends and co-workers.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. Those wishing to view a live stream of the service, please log onto
